Within the first few weeks, I had 12 books published under the BrightStart Studio project. The results were modest but encouraging: around 186 book sales and approximately $327 in royalties from the initial catalog.

What I liked was that the revenue didn't come from one single title. A few books generated most of the sales, while the others brought in smaller amounts. That actually made the experiment more interesting for me because it showed why building a catalog can be more useful than constantly waiting for one book to become a bestseller.
One of my better-performing titles reached roughly 70 sales, while several others were in the 10–25 sale range. I also had some books that barely moved, which is worth mentioning because AI certainly doesn't guarantee that every book will sell.
